Decide before risk narrows your options

Coresight Strategies supports executives, investors, companies, and legal teams when political, regulatory, contractual, territorial, or sanctions exposure can alter the viability of an asset, an operation, or an investment decision.

We identify where an operating circuit may fail, which actor holds effective power over the asset, and which option still preserves the ability to act.

Energy · Extractive industries · Critical infrastructure
Latin America · Africa · Europe

An authorisation, a contract, or a legal right over an asset does not guarantee execution or profitability. Its value depends on regulators, public authorities, partners, financiers, infrastructure, communities, and, in some cases, sanctions regimes.

Coresight analyses these dependencies as a single operating circuit to identify when a decision can still prevent exposure from becoming a crisis.

Some of the concrete questions we address:

These are not abstract geopolitical questions. They affect assets, contracts, teams and the ability to act.

Our Approach

From uncertainty to decision

Coresight combines strategic intelligence, legal analysis and field experience to turn dispersed signals into decision options.

Every assignment starts from three questions:

  • Which risk could alter the decision at hand?
  • Which actor holds real power over the asset, contract or licence?
  • Which option best preserves the client’s ability to act?

Every mandate is confidential, targeted and focused on a specific decision.

Three service lines

Coresight focuses on three decision moments: before entering an exposed jurisdiction, before signing or renegotiating, and when disruption requires the company to protect continuity or prepare an exit.

Market Entry & Strategic Exposure

Before entering, investing, acquiring or maintaining an exposed position in a complex jurisdiction.

Regulatory & Contractual Stress Test

Before signing, renegotiating or defending an exposed contract, licence, concession or joint venture.

Crisis Governance, Continuity & Strategic Exit

When disruption has begun and decisions must be structured quickly.
